1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 77pk website located at https://77pk.club and all associated services, products, features, and content made available thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

Your continued use of the 77pk Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain aware of any updates. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through on-platform notifications or email, where a verified email address is held on file.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall be authoritative or create any additional rights or obligations beyond those set out in this English-language version.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all players:

• You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be registered or listed on any self-exclusion programme maintained by 77pk or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee or director of 77pk or any of its affiliate companies.
• You must access the Platform only in jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

77pk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of products and services available on the 77pk Platform, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile telephone number in the format 01XXXXXXXXX. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account with 77pk. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If 77pk identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances therein may be voided, regardless of which account was used to make the deposits or wagers in question.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted on the Platform through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

77pk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and financial compliance obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of your NID or passport and, in some cases, proof of payment method — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame specified by 77pk may result in your account being suspended and withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

77pk currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account. 77pk reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 77pk payments team during standard operating hours. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within 5–20 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 77pk Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Account balances, bonus amounts, and wager totals are denominated in BDT. 77pk does not accept deposits in foreign currency and is not responsible for any foreign exchange conversion costs that may be applied by your payment provider.

4.5 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds into your 77pk account from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including bKash or Nagad numbers registered to another person — will be declined or returned, and may trigger an account review. 77pk accepts no liability for funds lost in transit due to the use of third-party payment sources.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

77pk offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence with respect to that bonus only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the corresponding promotion page. Players must meet the full wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; certain casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse 77pk's bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or colluding with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 77pk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the accounts of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used or wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of any applicable expiry dates when accepting a bonus offer.

6. Platform Rules & Fair Use

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pk Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with any sporting event on which a bet is placed through the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities ("bugs") to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error may be voided at 77pk's discretion.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or any identity verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with 77pk support staff or other players.

6.2 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 77pk Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer processes, as applicable. 77pk does not influence individual game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers and are available in the individual game information panels.

6.3 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 77pk Platform are subject to the individual market rules applicable to each event. Bets are accepted at 77pk's sole discretion. 77pk reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at manifestly incorrect odds, on a market that was opened in error, or on an event that has already concluded at the time the bet was placed. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, 77pk's ruling shall be final and binding.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 77pk

77pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player is under 18 years of age or does not otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
• A court order or other regulatory directive requires us to do so.

Upon suspension or closure, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be voided. Any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to dispute may, at 77pk's discretion and subject to completed KYC verification, be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 77pk support via live chat. Before closing your account, we recommend withdrawing any available balance. 7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 77pk may contact you at the registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy fees or closing the account. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pk shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting funds or casino wagers resulting from your own decisions.
• Technical interruptions, service outages, or connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control, including failures of bKash, Nagad, or banking infrastructure.
• Delays in bet settlement or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Inaccuracies in third-party sporting data or live score feeds used to settle markets.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from non-compliance.

77pk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77pk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
